DUPAGE COMMUNITY TRANSFORMATION PARTNERSHIP
About the DuPage Community Transformation Partnership
The DuPage Community Transformation Partnership (DCTP) is a five-year grant initiative led by the DuPage County Board and DuPage Foundation. This collaborative program supports local social service nonprofits that are helping residents hit hardest by the COVID-19 pandemic.
DCTP focuses on four urgent areas of need: food insecurity, housing instability, mental health, and substance use disorder.
In January 2022, the DuPage County Board partnered with DuPage Foundation to distribute $10 million in federal funding from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) through a multi-year grant program. DuPage Foundation donor-advised fund representatives contributed an additional $450,000 to expand impact bringing the total awarded for Immediate Intervention and Transformational grants to $10.45 million. Many of our grantees are still implementing their programs – the first half of grant projects have had amazing impact on our community.
